David Bower Joins Clarion as Principal
Clarion is pleased to announce that David Bower has joined the firm as a Principal. David brings over 10 years of experience in US and Global pricing and market access strategy. With rich industry and consulting experiences, David has amassed a broad range of experiences across the product lifecycle including guiding early-stage innovation and opportunity framing, as well as informing launch and post-launch value development strategies. David has first-hand experience as a Global Market Access lead responsible for developing an overall asset value proposition and working cross-functionally to align clinical development, health outcomes, medical and commercial investments and tactical priorities.

Prior to joining Clarion, David was at Sanofi Genzyme as the Global Value & Access Lead for DUPIXENT’s Dermatology indications, including Atopic Dermatitis. David has prior consulting leadership experience while at Guidehouse (formerly Navigant) where he supported the buildout of the firm’s pricing and market access capabilities. Additionally, he worked at Simon-Kutcher & Partners on projects spanning oncology, rare disease, immunology and MedTech, and offered geographic perspective on Latin America. David began his career in the life sciences at Cook Medical where he worked in regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
David received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Kelley School of Business where he was on full scholarship as a Life Sciences Fellow. He received a BS in Biology, with honors, from Indiana University – Bloomington, where he was a Life Sciences Scholar on full scholarship. He also co-authored an article in Pharmaceutical Executive titled, “Evolving a Market Access Strategy to Improve Patient Access”.
