Clarion Announces Tracy McCarty, Senior Principal
Boston, MA – December 1, 2022 – Clarion, a Lumanity business, a life sciences strategy and organizational consultancy that works together with its clients to envision, craft, and enable growth through scientific and commercial innovation and leadership, is pleased to announce that Tracy McCarty has joined the firm as senior principal.
Tracy is a nurse and patient experience professional who spent 25-years developing a 360-degree perspective in healthcare brand enablement. Tracy has leveraged this broad experience to lead brand development, launch and engagement strategies for health systems, pharma, DTC, health tech and start-ups. Her most recent work has focused heavily on digital tools, pathways and analytics that advance brand value, while optimizing the human health experience.
The field of digital health solutions is growing rapidly, becoming more prevalent day by day. Digital health covers a range of platforms and emerging technologies which include wearable devices, telemedicine, digital therapeutics, and more. Prior to joining Clarion, Tracy led activation and engagement strategy for various sleeves of business at global agencies including Klick Health and TBWA/Wildtype. Her category expertise includes cardiology, dermatology, emerging health tech, mental health, oncology, and ophthalmology with companies including Amgen, Abbott, Merck, Nabisco, Pfizer and Procter & Gamble. In addition to agency work, Tracy has served as the marketing lead for two hospitals, launching a specialty hospital on the west coast and a children’s hospital in the Midwest, as well participation with start-up, Global Transitional care as the chief marketing officer.
Tracy received her B.S. in Nursing from Skidmore College and is a certified patient experience professional from the Patient Experience Institute.
